These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of kesseo.com and the Kesseo application you authorize through Google OAuth (together, the "Service"), provided by Kesseo ("Kesseo", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Kesseo's website presents our work on AI agent workflows and lets you contact us. It has no sign-in. Separately, you can authorize the Kesseo application to access your Google account through Google OAuth. We may change, suspend, or end any part of the Service at any time.

Google authorization

If you authorize the Kesseo application, you are responsible for the security of your Google account and for activity under it. You can revoke our access at any time in your Google Account permissions. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the website in a way that breaks the law or the rights of others;
• attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems;
• send spam, malware, or abusive content through the contact form.

Intellectual property

The website, its content, and the Kesseo name and logo belong to Kesseo or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

No warranty

The website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Kesseo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website.

Termination

We may update these Terms. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version.
